4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

4.4 Responsibility

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can be claimed only once — the same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or through multiple members of the same household.
• 7k999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion.
• If a user is suspected of abusing a bonus, that account's bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on 7k999 are operated by third-party verified software providers. The platform follows fair play principles and uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Bet Disputes

If a technical error causes an uncertain outcome in any game, 7k999 reserves the right to void the bets for that round and refund the deposited amount. No winnings may be claimed in such situations.

For sports betting, all bets will be settled according to the rules of the relevant event. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the deposit will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, deception, or using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, using bots, or using automated software on gaming software.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Colluding with other users to defraud the platform.
